This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how DoorGrow ("we," "us," and/or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information from individuals ("you" and/or "your") who access and use the DoorGrow Hub online community or mobile or other downloadable applications (collectively, the "Community"). Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of the Community is also subject to our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we will provide you with additional notice (such as sending you a notification).
We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Community to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you.
Personal Information We Collect
Information You Provide to Us
Registration and Profile Information. When you create an account ("Account"), we collect identifiers and contact information such as your name, email address, company name, and any other information you choose to provide.
Communications. We collect information when you participate in interactive features of the Community, send messages, post content, participate in coaching calls or events, request support, or otherwise communicate with us.
Messages Between Members. When you communicate with other members through the Community, we and our third-party partners receive the content of the messages you send and receive and information about those messages.
Content. We collect content and information you share through the Community, including posts, comments, videos, audio recordings, images, documents, and any other submissions ("User Content").
Coaching and Business Information. As a coaching community for property management and real estate professionals, you may share business information such as company metrics, growth strategies, challenges, successes, and other professional details. We collect this information when you share it in the Community.
Payment Information. If you make a purchase through the Community, your payment-related information is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.
Information Collected Automatically
When you access the Community, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect:
Device Identifiers. Your IP address, internet service provider, device type, unique device identifiers, and identifiers associated with cookies and similar technologies.
Usage Information. Browser type, operating system, pages visited, links clicked, videos watched, and other information about how you use the Community.

Use for Marketing, Testimonials, and Case Studies. This includes featuring your content in testimonials, case studies, social media, advertisements, website content, email marketing, podcasts, webinars, and other promotional materials, in any media format. When featuring your content, we may include your name, business name, likeness, and general business results you have shared. You may opt out of marketing use as described in the "Your Choices" section below.

With Partners and Affiliates. We may share information with our partners, corporate affiliates, parents, or subsidiaries for purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
With Circle. The Community is powered by CircleCo, Inc. ("Circle"). We share your information with Circle in connection with providing the Community.
With Service Providers. We share information with vendors, consultants, and service providers who help us operate the Community.
With Other Members. Information you post or share in the Community may be visible to other members. We cannot control how other members use information you share publicly.
With Analytics Partners. We use analytics services to collect and process data about Community usage.
For Legal Purposes. We may share information with law enforcement or governmental agencies in response to legal requests or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
In Emergencies. If we believe a member may be at risk of serious harm, we may share limited information with emergency response services.
With AI Providers. We may use AI-powered features provided through Circle and trusted third-party providers. Your personal data will not be used to train external AI models.
With Your Consent. We may share information with your consent or at your direction.
In Connection with Business Transfers. We may transfer information in connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition.
Children's Privacy
The Community is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it. If you believe we have information from someone under 18, please contact us.
Third-Party Links and Services
The Community may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Security
We use reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Data Transfers
The Community is hosted in the United States. If you access the Community from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S. for processing.
Your Choices
Account Information. You may update your account information at any time by logging into your Account. To delete your account, email support@doorgrow.com.
Marketing Use Opt-Out. If you do not wish for your User Content to be used in marketing materials, testimonials, or case studies, you may opt out by emailing support@doorgrow.com with the subject line "Marketing Opt-Out." Opting out does not affect content already published prior to your request.
Location Information. You can disable location collection through your device settings.
Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in those emails. You will continue to receive administrative messages.
Push Notifications. You can manage push notifications through your device settings.
